UPDN LEATHERGOODS – Loden wool and brown leather weender bag – handmade traditional leatherwork – handcrafted in my workshop Munich, Germany
This is soft medium sized checked felted wool and vegtan leather weekend travel bag, it has one inside leather zip pocket and a waxed canvas side panel (where you can store your computer) to enhance stability. The base of the weekender has a 2mm thick bottom panel, and there are brass studs under the base of the bag. The leather is made of vegatable tanned leather from our chosen tannery in the South of Germany. The handle is enhanced with piping and is hand stitched with a saddlers stitch. This handcrafted travel bag uses heavy brass accessories, and has a heavy duty zipper.
The updn leather goods collection is made individually for you in my workshop in Munich, Bavaria. My products are designed, cut to size and manufactured by hand. I use old machines and techniques to make the best product for my customers and each item is made with love and care!

- Leather: 4,5oz vegetable tanned cows leather from South germany, tanned by David Schmid
- Bag inside details: 1 side compartments for your computer and a leather zipp side pocket for thoose everyday essentials.
- Colour: Dark chocolate brown Leather, Grey and Green/Blue/red check wool
- Stitching: Stable thick machine seam, and a hand sewn saddlers stitch on the handles.
- Logos: Updn Lederwaren München’ logo on the front and a golden beetle logo on the inside flap. The logos can be chosen freely, in consultation with Charles.
